Heart at Work is a turnkey program which offers employers simple, effective ideas to encourage healthy eating and regular physical activity in the workplace. Geared to all types of businesses, Heart at Work gives workers information on different risk factors for cardiovascular disease and encourages them to adopt healthy eating habits and to engage in regular physical activity
