  • $1 per employee, up to 1,500 employees
  • $0.50 per additional employee

Prevention and Health Promotion Activities

* A minimum of 15 participants is required for a conference

During these activities, the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Québec agrees to supply:

  • A health professional who will go visit your company.
  • Pamphlets and promotional material for the chosen theme.
